We are in-network for California patients with Aetna (including Meritain Health), Anthem, Carelon, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Evernorth, Optum, Oscar Health, UMR, and United Healthcare. We are currently completing Medicare credentialing. Please contact us for the latest on Medicare coverage
NEVADA
We are in-network for Nevada patients with Aetna (including Meritain Health), Anthem, Carelon, Blue Shield of Nevada, Cigna, Evernorth, UMR, and United Healthcare.
