Service Fees and Rates
We offer a variety of payment options, including Mastercard/Visa, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and ACH transfers. We are in-network in California for Cigna, Evernorth, Optum, Oscar Health, UMR, and United Healthcare. For your convenience, we require a credit card to be stored securely on file for processing payments.
At Empathy MindCare, our focus is on providing direct, effective, and value-driven care, which is why we operate outside the insurance network and do not handle insurance claims directly.
Initial Consultation Fee: $350
Your initial consultation with us includes a comprehensive evaluation first by our Nurse, followed by an assessment by Dr. Bermudes. Following this initial consultation, we will work together to determine a plan of care that is both effective and financially sustainable.
Second Opinion Service: $900
Our second opinion service offers an in-depth assessment by our Nurse and Dr. Bermudes, culminating in a detailed report that you can share with an alternative healthcare provider for further consultation.
